About SignTogether

I’m a mom who saw a need for her family, so here I am building it. I’m happy to share it with anyone else who can benefit. This tool was made for my son after encephalitis left him with an acquired brain injury and severe aphasia. We tried ASL, and he was able to pick up on signs relatively well. Giving him an AAC board with soothing colors and the ability to teach him another language — American Sign Language — was a dream of mine, and one weekend I finally started to create it. I’ve been refining it and tweaking the code to get it just right ever since. I will continue adding signs here, and you can request to purchase your own copy and access to add your own words. Please fill out the form on this page for more information.

I’d love to eventually have someone who is Deaf/Hard of Hearing or a CODA be the person doing the signs. If you know of anyone who may be interested, please fill out the form on this page to reach out.
